Any investor still in this after a quick read of the half yearly needs to review their reasons for doing so. Even if they do start production in mid March all it needs is a commisioning glitch or a people protest to interfere with production and they are gone. The banks pull the plug or major investor withdraws support...gone.

This is a dead set wait and see proposition then if they fold...no harm done!
