When a biotech hires a company promoter, it's to raise awareness and get the share price moving North. When a biotech is getting ready to commence a clinical study, the role takes on even greater importance because the start of the study will usually be preceded by a capital raise.
IMU has had multiple MD's since listing in 2014. Now they have an interim MD who hasn't raised a dime in her life. To compensate they hire a company promoter, Stuart Roberts who's very experienced in the biotech game. He's now left after a short stint. Before Stuart they had Forrest Capital, they've left also. What do all these facts tell you?
    - the capital raise will struggle = huge discount.
    - something stinks at the top of this company and I've already told you who that is.
