however before qe2 in america markets went up on deteriorating economic news. they thought qe2 would sort out all the problems. or at least they thought it was safe to invest for the next 6 months with qe2 preventing any catastrophes.
the markets are expecting qe3 from america. albeit they know it will go towards helping the american property market. they may rally again this year on the prospect of qe3..
however before qe2 in america markets went up on deteriorating...
