    Good to see, but I have two comments.

    Does the article indicate who funded the intial cost of the investigation and legal fees? Was it the individual who felt defamed or was it funded by the ASX listed company on his behalf? Sure the case was won and the money will be paid back (or at least most of it) but who was it that actually took the risk?

    Secondly, wouldn't it be great if the law was equally diligent in pursuing those company officals that mislead shareholders through inflated claims of success etc. If only ASIC could be as successful in shutting down the shonks that we all know are far too common in listed companies.
