i think your idea about this company is not fear. Stephen Orr is a extremely smart businesman because everybody knows that dippio has huge potential and everybody wants to take it.If you ask me why nobody still invest dippio the reason for that is OCEANAGOLD CORPORATION. They are playing so smart.They try to get as much as they can from the Dippio. Because they already get their gold license from the Philippians government. Therefore everybody wants to invest to Dippio and OGC. However,Ogc does not want everbody. Ogc wants to choose to best option for OGC and the OGC's shareholder.and if you think that Stephen Orr is not good CEO how about Lehman Brothers' CEO...
