Got you calcs wrong fella - after reconstruction of 1 for 7 should be 7 times the current price. Approx 35 to 40 cents.
Also as a tip - its a pretty bad trading strategy to be buying BEFORE a reconstruction. Stocks reliably lose value straight away afterwards. I think there is a tendency for markets to overcapitalise small stocks with hundreds of millions of shares on issue (e.g. VPE, LKO market caps are too high compared to rest of sector). Therefore there is a price adjustment as the market values the company more fairly after the reconstruction.
