Reality is that a pitch at those prices will probably not sway most investors though IMO. This is the problem that any of these companies have now. The moment they show their hand everyone that is holding the stock already knows it is worth a lot more than they will bid (at least initially). So I see them only being short term successful if they pitch something pretty impressive rather than the usual 20-30 % premium.
