bit of a stretch to go from a 210million investment to say a 1.8 or 2bn t/o of beach.. partner probably - take over less likely
there is so much potential that sits untapped in beaches hands, but they have a plan and money to unlock it - a take out now would be pretty annoying - to at over 2 ill be happier
