I am not surprised. SEA has been in the doldrums for ages. Cash flow positive company with great assets but unloved by the market. This will hopefully bring a new set of investors to the table and could change the landscape.

The other interesting one is that if BPT are looking around for acquisitions then $2.36 mill buy in, seat on the board they can pick up SEA cheap get more reserves and get involved in the US with lots of acreage. Who knows what the plan is here.
