On the same page in the SMH today, right next to the Woodside article, there is an article about ExxonMobil having US$5b cash on hand and possibly looking at making Australian acquisitions, saying they were very alert to value propositions, the company saying "Australia was a very interesting place for acquisitions at the moment". Hmmm.
