Did anyone catch the bpt announcement clarifying a Dow Jones report?

Of note, beach is finalizing 100% ownership of PEl 218??

I'm hoping this is what I think it is, and Icon has sold the upper rights for cash, which would be about the first good move I've seen them intentionally do in years, or ever.

let's see if they can make a better deal than they have managed so far with bpt. 20+ million would be a good start, which would equate to 50 million in exploration funds for 855 in addition to what is left.
