Even though BPT has form with this type of behaviour , I wouldn't say RJ is an angel considering how he treats his own shareholders . As they say , it takes two to tango.

Either way , it appears that ICN shareholders will ultimately benefit because obviously this particular piece of ground is valuable. I guess the big question is how much ?

Another benefit is that this may well attract another partner for ICN if the arrangement with BPT falls through. Any publicity is good publicity if you've got something valuable to sell.
