Well, I'll try to answer you Topwon. To me it looks straight forward by what has been reported:

Unless there is something that BPT has that hasn't been reported I cannot understand how they can think a deal has been made.

Does anyone think that this legal challenge will stall the LNG Sales Agreement with Shantou SinoEnergy? Will we still get an announcement before next Thursday?
