There is so much money coming into BPT. Enough money to pay higher dividends and pursue growth via developing their gas assets and through acquisitions. What BPT can do is use their cash on hand ( lots coming in) and their
balance sheet (taking on debt) when making acquisitions. Money BPT is going to pull in soon
is obscene!
An increase of 1 cent dividend is good. But not enough. Increasing dividend from 1 cent to 10 cent is what I am looking for. BPT can pursue acquisitions, share buybacks and higher dividends. Paid with strong cashflows and bank debt. Proper bank debt and not 9% plus BBSW!
