Don't know, but Morgans issued an upgrade today to Add from Hold with a $2.15 price - all the commentary I can see -
"Morgans adopts a more positive view than consensus on demand conditions for commodities in the expectation US dollar weakness and a return to growth in the West offsets the weak property market in ..."
