The Russians must think we are all stupid and that it's still 1945.
Might as well attack energy infrastructure what have the Ukrainians got to lose plus it's going to hurt the most. Just finished watching a series on the SOE formed in England during WWll. I'm sure Ukrainians agents will be able to easily operate deep into Russia to target O&G facilities there.
