Exactly. Certainly in Beach’s interest to keep Stx price down otherwise they will need to up their offer to have any chance of getting shareholder support. I wonder if and when Beach achieve their acquisition Stx price will be allowed to perform without games being played or will they continue as Beach have other things in mind. Time will tell and interesting times.
