The trouble is most people don't understand the workings of announcements and press releases. It's a skill every listed company needs and was hammered home to me when I had the dubious honour of sheperding a listed company.

The other classic problem is what has just happened to PIR as an example. You dash for cash and get, ahem, looked after, by your broker and his mates.

If Company Directors just took time to plan what they need cash wise and also announcement wise to keep their holders as happy campers, we would be all so much better off.

Only issue I see with ICN is I haven't got enough shares, but Monday can fix that. Hope our esteemed leader has a nice weekend and has something to shout from the rooftops next week.
