clotski: For holders that got in quite cheaply (like yourself and many others), holding onto ITC stock right now is anyhow a win/win situation. In the worst case, we shall get 8.5c per share (a touch better than the previous offer). But I still believe that we shall see a better offer by VPE (obviously scrip or scrip/cash combination) quite soon. Of course, I might be totally wrong and 8.5c per share will be all that we'll be getting. Time will tell.
