how many shares were sold at above the BPT bid price?

IIRC a takeover bid price must be made available to all ie you can't pay some 8.5 cents and others 8.6 cents. You would have to offer all 8.6 cents. So if this is correct, would it mean that the shares traded above the bid price have potentially gone to VPE or a non-BPT entity?

If so, how many shares were traded above this level? I noticed an 18m trade earlier in the day.
