TBE: So far, VPE has 60% and ITC has 40%. But, VPE has already a stake in ITC of 20%, hence another 8% approx. of the overall stake. However, those 20% they might hand back to BPT IF they do not want to challenge them (and make a quick profit on that as well). Beach will always have a minority stake here unless they make a take-over bid for VPE or IF (which I fully doubt!) VPE want to let go of the oil side of their business model and concentrate on CSG only... wasa
