There's a lot more water to flow under the bridge on this one. I must say I have been surprised at the number of SH,s who have cashed in early given that the SP is underpinned for a substantial period at 20c and if any movement occurs between now and 22Dec it would be up. Sellers only weaken the hands of management, ultimately us.
There are areas in Beaches takeover which are probably concerning the legal beavers. For example did BPT withhold material imformation on the test results and was BPTs "helper holding" of 18.5% in possession of material information not privy to ADE SHs?
If there is anything untoward then the BPT stooges have every reason to to be pleading for ADE holders to sell because the value of their own holdings in BPT would most likely fall and the takeover cost would rise for BPT.
