energy stocks have outperformed (as in vastly outperformed nearly all other sectors) the market in rising interest rate and high inflation periods
BPT has a net cash position and great diverse cashflow sources. BPT ain't going broke and it will probably post a record profit soon.
BPT is likely to do a hell of a lot better than most stocks especially those that don't make profits
