The thing to understand here is just look at what $120 oil is currently doing to the world economy.
Its causing very high inflation and will likely send the world into recession.
For BPT to hit $4.00 you would have to have oil and gas prices that are much higher than they currently are and they would have to stay there for a long time and clearly the chance of that happening is almost Zero %.
