I think everyone needs to cool it on the price expectations. We haven't been strong above the $2 mark for quite some time, so the market is only now rebuilding it's trust in what has been quite a terrible performer for the past 18 months.
For those who have held long, and supported the stock since the September lows - we're already seeing good returns. BPT is in the bottom draw for lot of holders, so stable continued growth and consolidation around these levels is my only expectation for this stock in the short to medium term.
