That's a very healthy increase overnight.
Sure it may seem cheap to you but ADE mgmt are the ones without the capital and the ones who opened the door to BPT.
BPT is certain to take control either today or tommorrow and that means they can stack the board. I beleive you will find a fresh new approach from the board re this " friendly " takeover.
