I cannot see why BPT would want GOG's acreage so bad to make a underhanded pseudo-takeover, unless there's huge potential?

Recent drilling has squashed the theory of huge gas / cond reserves a tad? ... maybe the western area, where RedSky is running seismic, has huge potential???

I think BPT has stepped up to higher plateau and wouldn't be interested in GOG unless there's huge hidden riches, inwhich they'd probably make a full takeover now before the drilling.

Doesn't make sense for BPT to act like a dog.
