Thanks for the article Wormy an interesting part of the farm-in that I overlooked is that the Interest Beach will earn is pro rata

What that means is that Beach will earn 50% for spending $50m and only if they spend at least $50m.

If they fall short of spending the $50m then they will only earn what ever % they have spent calculated on 1% per $1M spent

Like I said happy to hold this for as long as it takes to re-rate
