Its called 'eye for an eye' i believe. Treating someone with the same level of respect they show you - just in a different form. Treating someone with the same level of contempt they treat you - just in a different form.
Its all the same.. Just expressed differently. Some subtle, some up front.
If you dish it out ............. you 'gotta' take it on the way back or move on. Avoidance is often a legitimate strategy in life.
Bullying is an overused word. When we do not like what someone says its always labelled bullying these days.
