Negative press and biased articles can be damaging to shareholders or the company to some extent, but usually the truth is never lagging far behind when the company has genuinely been wronged. 'Downrampers' here in HC threads aren't damaging on the same magnitude, I'd guess they have little to zero impact to be honest. Maybe a few people will decide to avoid the company, but I doubt the people deciding if they will invest based on HC threads have much overlap with the people that can really move the stock price.
Sometimes stocks being downramped on HC go up. Sometimes stocks surrounded by euphoria on HC go down. It's hard to believe that anything people say here really matters in the grand scheme of things.
