I would like to but the question out there, what do people think the valuation of the shale gas (PEL 218) would be if it is a success?
This is just looking at the PEL 218 40% stake beach will have if Chevron go ahead. With 300 tcf gas in place with a recovery rate of 20%. So this would give a net figure to beach in PEL 218 of about 24 tcf; so what would everyone value this 24 tcf at?
I have my own idea's but would be interested to here other people valuations.
