yeah i am in with a small allocation in japara
i dont expect fireworks short term on japara, but demographics from 2020 seem to kick in big. lots of aged care facilities need to be built.

good work on BLX. i didnt expect 60-65% premium for a light retailer in an industry plagued by competition . most i know didnt expect that performance.
