i think it would create technical momentum triggers, would be great to see maybe +-5% of the SOI bought back each year would put a permanent upward pressure on supply/demand, similar to how the magnificent 7 tech stocks benefit ftom passive investing in index ETFs.. the underlying buying creates the trend and the buyers follwo the trend
