    looks like another one happening atm

    hopefully will happen this week

    the key is to go for a higher high than last high of 2.6c

    when it comes back down, support holds for a higher low

    then uptrend is confirmed

    I hope those German & Swiss who took up all the PRWO shortfalls will find a way to make mega profits out of em
