I keep thinking over the presentation in Melb. One thing really exciting that was explained and i fogot to mention was the strength of the so called Hits. I will try to explain it as best i can . If for instance the drug say has five prongs and the target or in our case Peptide has five possible holes for those prongs to fit into . The results were showing a very strong locking in to those possible five holes . Where as in conventional medicines they mite only achive one or two prongs locking in my understanding they maybe could have four or five locking in with the Peptide type target. Hope that makes sense and i havnt confused anyone . RC
