Beans broccoli courgettes
Simmer for at least 5 minutes the following:
350 gm beans broccoli flowers or courgettes spears
½ dozen anchovies
1 to 2 cups of plain pasta sauce
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
2 cloves smashed garlic
1 tea bag herbs
1 splash sake
1 splash of liquid smoke
