Beany, big issue here is funding.
So...
I doubt that a cap raise will be well received if it is just to fund ongoing drilling bla bla bla.
But...
If there was an acquisition of another 'distressed' asset, that just happenned to came with ongoing cash flow, then that cap raise might just seem beneficial to the company moving forward if it is to fund the acquisition (and drillling bla bla bla).
I don't see the JV's coming off - it's been far too long so either potential JV's don't like what they see or QMN are driving too hard a bargain.
QMN need a cash producing asset.
