It would only make sense for you to bearish on this stock if you are bearish on the entire pharmaceutical industry.
Price deflation was a ongoing concern to profits for the entire sector. It doesn't look it is a big issue in the medium term but if you were pretty convinced it was then that might make sense.
Even in that scenario MYX is probably better off than most in that sector.
