MNE has been hugged by a big bear, and for a long time. His name is SI ( sophisticated investor ) Once in a while he legs go and not hugging. For a short time only though. So short, you blink you miss it. When ever the big bear is hungry he gets together with crowd called B of D ( board of directors). Obiviously they are hungry too when they hunt together. Their prey is called RSH. (Retail share holder ) The hunting game is called as CR ( Capital raising ) It is highly planned and all tacticts are used to pull in maximum prey into the net. They sing musicals generally called announcements. They can be made up of many different songs. They can be tittled “Prospectus”,“Come lets share we have found lot of copper”, “Best company”, “Cash generation “ “dividend” “ huge volume”etc etc. It appears songs are written by SI and sung by B of D and published by the crowd called ASX. The publisher does not care what the lyrics are or what it is doing to its population.
Once prey are in the net and got them, they don’t finish them at once. They never kill them. They milk them slowly. Could take years and years. They will sing in between these years again and again. They may pull in new goats or the same ones are made to feel better that they are in good hands. Some clever ones escape. Lot are stuck unable to get out the clutches. All the while B of D and SI share the spoils. Although B of D is made to feel the boss, really SI is the real boss. Because they get to play the same game with many other B of D in different areas. They are better skilled in hunting. B of D is the brawn and SI is the brain.
Finally when the crowd of prey has lost everything B od D & SI just move away. Look to new grounds. The prey, never killed. The B of D may take in another Avatar. But SI will keep moving to new grounds. Honing their skills to catch the prey. They even succeed in catching same old prey fattened again for the second, third run. The songs may change a bit.
