    This is also another reason Cottee should have drilled for oil asap, after first oil discovered and not waiting for OPP's and OPM's.
    He would have been 2+ years ahead of what you say is happening now, and possibly be in a lot better position.
    IMO, no excuses for poor, ... the 5 P's from Cottee.
