cnt claims project now legal

CNT has risen less than 20 % in London this evening on the news that their ambitious and highly controversial project has been "legalised". Rather remarkable given the heavy institutional backing originally.

Then again, perhaps it's not that remarkable? After all, Egypt's EFG Index (leading blue chips only), has risen an order of magnitude in the last two years (it took the DOW an order of magnitude longer to do this in the 80's and 90's), which is unparalleled to the best of my knowledge, yet I don't know of anyone else who has ever even mentioned it.

Meanwhile, punters get wildly excited about China, despite few Australian listed companies ever having make money there and been allowed to get the money out without problems, never mind the history of souring deals. Even more remarkable given the Shanghai composite has been falling for years.
