Good to hear some perspective from someone in their crowd sourced team.

On your point regarding low barriers to entry, isn't the fact that they have the robust tools for their crowd to do the work systematically part of their differentiation as well as the fact they can deploy many people rapidly & reliably (surely not too many companies can do this easily at the scale the big players are looking for).
In addition, are you seeing a change is what you are reviewing/annotating over a period of time.....i.e. is there more work coming further up the value chain that was the cast 6-12 mths ago. Also I thought some of the figure eight tools were meant to automate some of the workload....is that correct & are you seeing any evidence of that?
