A bear market for the sector which has posted record sales which consistently outperform expectations over the last year? I don't think so. The huge increases in sales can't be ignored even with current inflation factored in.
This might have the feel to early 2000s if someone forgets that market was propped up on hundreds of billions of dollars (trillions by todays standards with respect to percentages) worth of companies that didn't even have a revenue stream.
