I'm with Hedgie... Economy has driven by debt...when debts go over the roof...bubble busts...eventually economy busts...
They will find a another/different formula... which will make another bubble.... another cycle will start eventually..

I guess there will be a time lag for OZ housing crunch time. I'm not and expert, but I hope we will see more downturn late next year.
