    Why does everyone think QE is bad?

    There are two ways to solve the problem:

    1. Massive ugly defaults.
    2. QE (monetising the debt).

    Option 1 means massive bank losses and a recession. Option 2 means no recession but slow growth for a while. Governments are choosing option 2.

    The world is not ending. QE is not the devil.
