Bear Market Officially Over Tomorrow

The Bear has been fatally gored.

The first lower top of September 2000 (the last opportunity to sell) has given way to the start of a new bull phase according to Martin Armstrong's predictions of many years ago.

The US decennial phase now points up.

The US presidential phase is up in December at latest.

The US November to April bull phase is now in effect.

The AUS 5 year cylcle (see 87/92/97) is turning up.

Aug 6 was expected to be a low.(3 months before the end of the bear). It was.

Sept 6 was expected to be a minor low.(2 months before the end of the bear). It was.

Oct 6 (1 month before the end of the bear) was delayed a few days because of a minor cycle low. This was expected to be the lowest low because of another significant intermediate cycle low.

Although 6/11 is the officiall end of the bear. It is possible the minor cycle that brought in the delayed October low could hold things back until 11/11.

The point is; from now on buy the dips.

The only negative is that the monthy indicators didn't get quite as low as I would have liked. If Octobers lows don't hold then much lower prices are in store.
