The Fed and Government, meaning the taxpayers.
Do you think they are going to be happy feeding the alcoholic financial system with more alcohol.
They should let it sober up without more alcohol avoiding the money supply to keep increasing...more inflation causing more havoc to the taxpayer.

BTW I have been out of financials for the last 2 years and paid much CGT as a result. Have bought Gold and Silver with the proceeds and expect to keep doing very well.
Financials are cheap but will get cheaper when dividends slide down.
