new homes being built in america? where? there are approx. 18 million unsold, unoccupied houses in america, australia's entire housing stock. anyone building houses in america today has rocks in their head.
there will be a bounce but it won't last. the western world has just had a 20 year easy money party. the hangover will last longer than one year
