It may well fuel a market rally or even turn the trend, which may be good for us in the short term, but ultimately it is giving even bigger crooks with even more elaborate schemes the clear signal that if you engineer a scam that is big enough, the Gov will not allow it to fall over.
Just like the punishments handed down by the children's courts only serve to embolden the offenders & turn them into habitual criminals.
