Its a volatile market but it certainly isnt a bear market. One indicator is the volume in some of the specs and the amount of hot money that pours into plays liek EGO or PRR today. After the tech wreck the market turned into a deadzone with tumbleweeds blowing through once in a while.
Noone knows but my hunch is we're hammering out a base for a strong run into Christmas.
